The Lovingston Volunteer Fire Department sends its heartfelt thoughts and prayers to the Clayton Family. Charles “Chuck” Clayton was a life member of our department. Life membership is achieved by 15+ years of service to the community through Lovingston Volunteer Fire. He served in a variety of roles over the years. His commitment to his community and his fellow firefighters was reflected by his generous spirit and sense of duty. February 2nd and 3rd, 2026, the community will see a presence of fire trucks and firefighters out and about as we remember Chuck.
